You probably wonder why you can't check your loan status, loan balance & members contribution online using at My.SSS or sss.gov.ph website.

Step 1
Go to www.sss.gov.ph using IE or Internet Explorer 11 if you're on Windows 10. I also tried using Microsoft Edge but still problem is similar to that using Chrome.
This site works best if you're using an Internet Explorer 11.
For Windows users you can download the IE 11 app or you can go to your Control Panel > Programs > Turn Windows Feature On or Off > Check Internet Explorer 11 and Restart Computer.
If you're using different browser like Chrome for example some link or tab wont work just like image below:

Step 2
Log in to your account using your nominated user and password. On the E-SERVICES menu which is in the second higher menu, click INQUIRY.
